Signed MOU with KOREA FERTILIZER and Egyptian AOI (Arab Organization Industrialization) for a local plant.
On December 20, 2022, KFC (Chairman KIM DO-WON) signed a strategic MOU with Egypt's state-owned enterprise AOI (Arab Organization For Industrialization) (Chairman MOKHTAR ABDELLATIF) to establish a local factory in Egypt. This MOU is a strategic alliance to produce eco-friendly fertilizers, pure chlorine dioxide, organic pesticides and high-functional feed additives to farmers throughout Egypt and supply them to Africa at the same time.
This contract will be finalized through local experiments step by step from the beginning of 2023, and the plant will begin construction within 2023.

KFC(회장 KIM DO-WON)는 2022년 12월 20일 이집트의 국영기업인 AOI(Arab Organization For Industrialization)(회장 MOKHTAR ABDELLATIF)와 이집트 현지 공장 설립을 위한 전략적인 MOU를 체결하였습니다. 이 MOU는 친환경 비료와 순수 이산화염소, 유기농 살충제 및 고기능성 사료첨가제를 생산하여 이집트 전역의 농민들에게 공급하고 동시에 아프리카 지역에 공급하기 위한 전략적인 제휴입니다.
본 계약은 2023년 초부터 단계별로 현지 실험을 통하여 최종적으로 확정되고 2023년내에 공장이 착공됩니다.
